Amalfi Coast Imports is committed to providing its customers with quality handcrafted products and outstanding customer service. If within 7 days of receipts of your order, you are not completely satisfied with you purchase, please return undamaged merchandise for a full refund, less shipping. You will be responsible for paying return shipping charges, except in cases of damages, defects, or mis-shaped items. If you purchased the item during a free shipping sale, the original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund, except in the case of damages, defects, or mis-shipped items.

Our handcrafted products are fragile and must be treated with care when repackaging them. Be sure to keep all original packing materials if you plan to return an item. For your security, please use an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. All items must be packed carefully and arrive intact in order to receive full credit on the return. Your card will be credited the full amount of your purchase less shipping charges, pending inspection and approval of returned product. All credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. A restocking fee of 15% will apply to the returns of all large orders.

If you are returning an item because it is damaged, defective, or not the correct product, Amalfi Coast Imports will provide a prepaid return label. Please contact us for a prepaid shipping label.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
